These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from it. The website is operated by AMENCA DE LUXE ("AMENCA DE LUXE", "we", "us", "our"), BF-1, 25, Central Market, Ashok Vihar, North West Delhi, New Delhi 110052, India. By using the website or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and be legally able to enter into a contract under Indian law.

2. Products and descriptions

We sell eau de parfum and gift sets. We try to show our products, photographs and descriptions as accurately as we can. Colours may vary slightly between screens, and packaging may be updated from time to time without notice.

3. Prices

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices may change without notice, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. Shipping charges, if any, and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. If we discover a pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund anything you have paid.

4. Orders

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. The order is confirmed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if there is an error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund the full amount.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay, using the payment methods shown at checkout. Your card or bank details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by us.

6. Shipping, cancellations and refunds

Delivery is described in our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, returns and refunds are described in our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

7. Using our products safely

Our fragrances are for external use only. Keep them away from children, flames and heat, and avoid contact with the eyes. If you have sensitive skin, do a patch test before first use, and stop using the product if irritation occurs. Please read the label on your product.

8. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity on your account. Please give us accurate information, and tell us if you think your account has been misused.

9. Intellectual property

The AMENCA DE LUXE name, logo, product names, photographs, text and design of this website belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, including by trying to gain unauthorised access, introducing harmful code, using automated tools to place orders or copy content, or using the website for any unlawful purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or our products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, subject to any rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its "Last updated" date, applies to orders placed after that date.
