This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on this website for AMENCA DE LUXE eau de parfum and gift sets.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver across India only. We do not ship outside India at this time.

Order processing and dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after your payment is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days anywhere in India. Remote locations may take longer. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays or other events outside our control.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. All prices and charges are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Tracking your order

When your order is dispatched we will email you a confirmation with the shipping details and, where the courier provides one, a tracking link.

Delivery address

Please check that your address, PIN code and phone number are complete and correct before you place your order, as the courier may need to call you. If a parcel cannot be delivered because the address is incomplete or incorrect, or because it was not accepted, please contact us and we will help you arrange delivery.

Damaged parcels

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged, or the product inside is damaged or incorrect, report it within 7 days of delivery as described in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
