This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to every order placed on this website for AMENCA DE LUXE eau de parfum and gift sets. Please read it together with our Shipping Policy and Terms of Service.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order at any time until it has been dispatched. To cancel, email amencaonline@gmail.com or call +91 98737 68899 and quote your order number. If the order has not been dispatched, we will cancel it and refund the full amount you paid.
Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled. If the parcel arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, the section below applies.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, is defective, or is not the product you ordered, please tell us within 7 days of delivery. Email amencaonline@gmail.com with:
- your order number; and
- clear photographs of the product, its packaging and the shipping label.
After we have checked the details, we will arrange a replacement or refund the amount you paid for the affected item. If we ask you to send the product back, we will tell you how, at no cost to you.
Products we cannot accept back
Fragrance is a personal care product. For hygiene and safety we cannot accept returns or exchanges of opened, used or tampered bottles, or returns for change of mind or because a fragrance is not to your liking. This includes each bottle in the Discovery Set.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds, including refunds for cancelled orders, are paid to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the amount in your account.
If we cannot deliver your order
If we are unable to deliver your order, we will contact you and refund the full amount you paid.
